The mark consists of the inclined word "SPORTS" in gray capital letters situated over the inclined phrase "TRASH TALK" in smaller red capital letters, with all words superimposed over a gray dialogue balloon. The gray in the letters of the phrase "SPORTS" is darker at the tops and bottoms of the letters and gradually lighter toward the middle of the letters, with an open line with no gray running horizontally through the middle of the letter. The letter "O" in the word "SPORTS" is formed by three overlapping balls outlined in black and with black detailing, i.e., a white baseball with red laces lying in front of an orange basketball, and both the baseball and basketball lying in front of a brown football with white laces and stripes, with each of the balls containing a face with black eyes, and white teeth. The mouth of the face on the baseball is open and black. The color white elsewhere represents background, and/or transparent areas and is not part of the mark.
