Description of Mark
The mark consists of The applicant is not claiming color as a feature of the mark. The mark is a three-dimensional configuration of a design of a product. All the elements mentioned in this description and shown in the drawing constitute the mark and are claimed as part of the mark. The mark consists of 35 polygons , 18 on the left and 17 on the right. The group of the 18 polygons on the left creates the shape of the palm and 5 fingers of a human hand, and the group of 17 polygons on the right creates the shape of the palm and 5 fingers of a human hand. Each of the 35 shapes is designed with small, hexagonal shapes within each of its borders. At the top of the hand like design on the left side of the mark are 8 rectangle shapes, designed in a fashion where groups of 2 rectangles are stacked above and below one another, making 4 short vertical columns each parallel to one another, with 2 rectangles in each column. At the top of the hand like design on the ride side of the mark are 8 rectangle shapes, designed in a fashion where groups of 2 rectangles are stacked above and below one another, making 4 shorts columns each parallel to one another, with 2 rectangles in each column. At the top of the hand like design on the left, just below the 3 columns of rectangles farthest from the left of the design is a polygon that stretches from just below the edge of the bottom, left rectangle and it travels east, and ends just below the bottom rectangle in the 3rd column of rectangles from the left of the mark. This polygon has a u-shape curve at its far left, concave curve at its bottom (curves up & in), convex curve at its top (curves up & out), and a sharp diagonal line going from northeast to southwest on its right side. At the top of the hand like design on the right side of the mark, there is a reversed, mirror image of this same polygon, just below the 3 columns of rectangles farthest from the right of the mark, and it stretches from just below the edge of the bottom, right rectangle, travels west, and ends just below the bottom rectangle in the 3rd column of rectangles from the right of the mark. This polygon has a u-shape curve at its far right, concave bend at its bottom, convex shape at its top, and sharp diagonal line going from northwest to southeast on its left side. Just below the polygon on the left side of the mark that I just described (the polygon on the left hand like design below the 3 rows of rectangle columns) is a very similar smaller polygon about half the size of the polygon above it. It has a slightly straighter border on its left and a straighter base. Below this smaller Polygon are 3 polygons that create a letter Z like design across the face of the hand design. The top of the Z like Design runs directly through the center of the glove from border-to-border (west to east). From there, the stem of the Z runs Northeast to Southwest through the center of the design. There is a slit cut between the top of the Z and the stem of the Z. The base of the Z runs from the center of the very southern most part of the design and travels east to most eastern part of the hand design to complete the Z like figure. There is a slit cut directly in the middle of the base of the Z. To the left of the Z are 2 polygons, one stacked above the other. The one more north of the other runs parallel below the top of Z and runs from west to east until it stops just before the stem of the Z. The bottom of this polygon is a semi-u, concave shape, the left side of the polygon is a convex, semi-u shape, & the right side is a shorter diagonal line that runs from Northeast to southwest. Below this polygon is a smaller 2-sided polygon that has a convex top and slightly convex base, making a semi-oval. To the left of the stem of the Z is small triangle like design. And just below the base of the Z are 2 very thin rectangles that reflect the base of the Z and also have a slit in between them. The hand like design on the right side of the mark is also designed with 3 polygons making a Z like pattern. The top of the Z begins just below the base of the bottom rectangle placed in the 4th column of rectangles going from right to left of the right hand like design. The top of the Z runs east to the middle of the hand like design and then stops. The stem of the Z travels southwest and ends at the left border of the hand like design. The base of the Z travels from the farthest western border of the hand-like design and extends southeast to the middle of the most southern tip of the hand like design. And just below the base of the Z on the right side of the mark, are 2 very thin, horizontal polygons that reflect the base of the Z and also have a slit in between them. The thin polygon located more east of the 2 has a more curved base than the rectangle to its left, and it is actually 3 sided as opposed to the 4 sided rectangle to its left. To the right of the Z is a 4 sided polygon. The polygon makes a large U-shape figure on the far right side of the shape, making up one side of the design, and then drastically cuts backwards in a southeast direction to make a very small 2nd line just below the north tip of the shape. From there this polygon runs diagonally from northeast to southwest running parallel with the stem of the Z figure. The polygon continues downwards in a slight U, concave shape fashion and ends at the middle of the most southern tip of the hand like design on the right of the mark. Lastly, just below this polygon and right above the based of the Z is a smaller 3-sided polygon (about 1/10 the size of the polygon above it). This small polygon has a very small diagonal lined border on its left that runs from northeast to southwest a convex top, and diagonal lined base that runs from the bottom of the stem of the Z to the top corner of the base of the Z.
