The mark consists of a green, gold, red, black, beige, and brown compass created by concentric circles where the innermost circle being a compass rose is beige, the second most inner circle is gold with the wording "LET US GUIDE YOU" in green at the top and the outer circle outlined in green. The compass needle, located in the innermost circle, is half black and half red with a gold center and it is placed in front of brown directional lines which indicate the location of the directions. The letters, which are indicative of the directions, "N", "NE", "E", "SE", "S", "SW", "W", and "NW" are brown. The red part of the needle is pointing between "NW" and "N" and the black part of the needle is point between "SE" and "S". Below the compass are concentric rectangles with the innermost rectangle shaded green and encompassing the wording "THE HOGAN LAW FIRM" in white, and the outer rectangle is white with a black border. Below the rectangles and justified right is the wording "WE MEAN BUSINESS" in black.
