The mark consists of three-diminesional configuratio of the product design. The elements of the drawing claimed as elements of the mark are the square plaid patterns with each square measuring 2 by 2 inches; each square in a different shade as the square next to it with diagonal lines joining the two opposite sides; the diagonal lines running through each square are of different shades than the square itself, but still maintain a shade that is incorporated in the design; the side panels of the bag are claimed which consist of the pattern with three to four distinct vertical rows of squares that have colorless background, but has shaded diagonal lines running through each of them that connect the shades of neighboring squares with said pattern covering the side panels of the bag and the mark does not include the leather bottom of the bag and does not include the black and white striped handel for the bag.
