The mark consists of the word "VIRTUOPS" written such that the first 4 letters ("VIRT") are shaded charcoal grey (darker on the bottom one-half, lighter on the upper one-half of each letter) in lower case print; the "U" is white inside and on the left rim of a shaded red sphere that is approximately 4 times larger than the letter, shaded from dark red to a lighter light-reflecting red above the "U", that casts a grey shadow below it and is encompassed by a charcoal crescent on the right side spanning approximately 3/4 of the sphere, with a thin white line between the charcoal crescent and the red sphere; followed by the letters "P" and "S" in the same charcoal shading and font as the other letters.
