The mark consists of a horizontal rectangle shape with thick top and bottom lines. The rectangle is divided in half vertically with the left half having a background composed of cross-hatched lines forming 4096 small squares. There is a dot located in the center of the background squares. There is a horizontal and vertical pattern of 256 larger squares formed by shading four of the smaller squares. There is a dot located in the top right corner of each of the larger squares. Beginning with the first row and second column of larger squares and traveling horizontally across, there is a dot located in the lower left corner of every other larger square that continues on every other row. Beginning with the second row and third column of larger squares and traveling horizontally across, there is a dot located in the lower left corner of the larger squares in columns 3, 7, 11 and 15 that continues on rows 6, 10 and 14. The right half of the rectangle contains a centered large circular border containing a blurred background. To the left and behind the centered circular border, there is a partial large circular border containing a blurred background.
