The mark consists of a blue generally vertically upright rectangle having concave upper left and right corners and a convex top edge extending between the concave corners as well as concave lower left and right corners and a convex bottom edge, all of which is bordered by a light orange band which in turn is bordered by an orange band having plural side-by-side white dots in it. A multi-shaded red ribbon-like banner extends in front of the blue rectangle and leftwardly and rightwardly beyond the edges of the blue rectangle. The white words "PERFECTION Guaranteed!" appear on the central portion of the red banner and in front of the blue rectangle. The orange words "Uncle Ed's" and its associated orange underlining appear above the white words "FAST. FRIENDLY." and the tan word "Professional." appears below the "FAST. FRIENDLY." words on the blue rectangle above the red ribbon-like banner. The white words "SINCE 1982" and a white doodle below the aforesaid words "SINCE 1982" appear on the blue rectangle below the red ribbon-like banner.
