The mark consists of the outline of a profile of a fish facing to the viewer's right in which the outline is colored dark blue. Portions of the outline of the fish are in broken lines, namely, the tail, mouth and face of the fish. In addition, there is a first diagonal line that is also broken, that runs diagonally from the solid lines that make up the upper portion of the fish to the solid lines that make up the lower portion of the fish. The rest of the outline consists of solid lines. The fish has an additional diagonal stripe through it that begins near the upper right hand portion of the fish's head and runs down and left to the fish's body. This second stripe is a light blue. The broken line that makes up the flat portion of the fish's tail extends slightly past the end of the fish's tail. Below the fish are the words "FISH BUOY" in all capital letters. The letters are outlines in dark blue and filled with light blue. The portions of the fish inside the outline of the fish are white, except as described above.
