The mark consists of the wording "SOFRESH CARTEL" and design; the wording "SOFRESH CARTEL" is in a white triangle outline in black; inside the triangle appears a two headed red bird with its wings spread; the bird's beaks and talons are gold; the bird's eyes are white with black pupils; all features of the bird, including individual feathers are outline in black; above the bird's heads appears a gold crown which is outlined in colds; the wording "SOFRESH CARTEL" appears in black below the bird and above the bottom side of the triangle; one five point black star appears either side of the wording "SOFRESH CARTEL"; the triangle and its contents are superimposed upon a red circle which is outlined in black; the edge of the circle is composed of a rope; a partial black background inside the circle creates red radiating lines extending from the triangle.
