The mark consists of The mark is a white 5 pointed star inside a blue field with the word "HISTORY" in blue under the blue field against white area like a rectangle. The R is stylized with a flourish that extends from the bottom right of the R and swoops back to between the T and O of HISTORY and behind the T and S in HATS. Under this is "HATS" in white lettering inside a Red rectangle. The entire mark is with in a square or rectangle area with the exception of the flourish that extends to the right and swoops back with a blue line in an oval pattern that crosses over the flourish back to the left and extends under the T and O of the word HISTORY and touches the top of the T and S in HATS.
