The mark consists of a three-dimensional product packaging configuration consisting of the following features affixed to a beverage bottle: a turquoise-colored cap cover having on top of the cap a three-dimensional sculpture of a woman's shoe being a pump with a buckled strap, the shoe being red with white dots; the front of the bottle comprises a turquoise-colored label with the stylized wording "LALOLES" across the top portion, with the wording in yellow with a white outline; in the middle of the label appears a side-view silhouette of a dancing woman facing to the right with short hair and one arm extended to the right, wearing a full-length gown; the silhouette appears yellow with scattered red fruits each having a green stem and white reflective highlights; the hand of the woman appears to hold a red fruit with a green stem and white reflective highlights, and a smaller red fruit with green stem and white reflective highlights appears on the right edge of the label beneath the arm. The bottle shape, label shape, and bottle itself are not claimed as features of the mark.
