The mark consists of a large circle with two long bars extending from the bottom sides of the circle, resembling a wraparound scarf. The circle is outlined in blue and the ends resembling a scarf are blue with blue fringe on the bottom of each end. The inside of the circle contains three red curved bars that are arced around the circle, with a blue star separating each red curved bar. The center of the circle contains a blue ring, which contains a design of a blue and red scarf that is comprised of a red detached top over a curved blue horizontal bar from which extends a blue vertical bar with fringe on the bottom on the left and a detached red vertical bar with fringe on the bottom on the right. The long vertical bar that extends from the left bottom of the large circle contains, from top to bottom, a partially hidden box where it meets the circle, followed downward by two rectangles contained red stripes, a large rectangle containing one large red stripe, and a smaller rectangle containing a single red stripe. The long vertical bar that extends from the right bottom of the large circle contains, from top to bottom, a pattern of horizontal stripes that starts where the bar meets the large circle in blue and red alternating stripes, followed downward by a rectangle containing two red stripes and one blue stripe, a larger rectangle containing one large red stripe, and a smaller rectangle containing a single red stripe toward the top. The wording "OLD TJIKKO" is in blue stylized lowercase letters - apart from the first letter of each word, which is in blue uppercase letters - centered underneath the circle and in between the two ends of the scarf. The color white represents background or transparent area and is not part of the mark.
