The mark consists of a distinctive logo comprising two circles, both outlined in black with one circumscribing the other, with a blue outer perimeter band in which the words "WISCONSIN EXECUTIVE PROTECTION, LLC" are curved around the band in white capital letters. The center circle is red and contains a gold eagle with outstretched wings and a gold shield on its chest. The gold bar at the top of the shield contains four rows of silver stars and the middle and bottom portion of the shield contain gold and silver stripes, which resemble a flag. The eagle is holding three gold arrows in its right talon and a gold olive branch in its left talon. Centered in the bottom of the blue perimeter of the outer circle are three silver stars, with the center star being larger than the outer two stars.
