The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a hangable bird toy comprising a plurality of substantially planar sticks resembling frozen treat sticks oriented in substantially parallel relationship to each other on a generally horizontal orientation. The sticks are separated by colored ball-shaped beads, with each bead appearing in the same color as the stick below it. The color pattern, which is repeated three times, appears from top to bottom in the colors red, orange, yellow, green, turquoise, and purple. White rope fringe hangs down beneath the last stick. The broken lines depicting the carabiner at the top and the link which connects the toy to the carabiner indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
