The mark consists of an outer circle that has a middle circle inside of it; and the middle circle has the small circle inside of it. At the top of the middle circle resting right above the small circle, the words "AMERICAN HYPNOSIS WELLNESS INSTITUTE" are arched and written in stylized, capital letters. At the very bottom of the middle circle and arched just beneath the small circle, is the statement "ESTABLISHED IN 2001" which is written in stylized, capital letters. The small circle consists of arched, horizontal stripes that begin at the top and go 3/4ths of the way down to become flush with the top of a sleeping woman's head. The woman's head is positioned leaning back with her shaded chin protruding forward and flush with the bottom of the small circle; both of the woman's nostrils are completely visible and flush with the center of the small circle; her mouth is in a closed position; her eyes are completely shut; and a white aura is affixed above her head. In the center of the small circle's horizontal lines is a skeleton key with the bow starting on the right and the bit and wards positioned on the left.
