The mark consists of a stylized compass rose, formed by black and white concentric circles, the outer black circle being wider than the inner circle, followed by a thin line black circle with a white interior. The black compass needle pointing approximately north-north-east, is formed by a stylized image of a trident with a white circle as the center point of the trident and a white triangle over the black tip pointing approximately south-south-west. The North position among the cardinal directions marked with a red diamond with a smaller white triangle appearing on the lower portion of the diamond.
