The mark consists of a gold crown with a gold star at the top middle and a silver diamond and six round jewels disbursed at the top, the first to the right is red, then green, then two blue jewels, a green, and a red jewel and the word "TOP" in separate stylized small rectangles along the middle of the crown in black with four silver dots on each corner of the separate letters to create a square; there are two diamond shapes between the green and blue jewels that include a red smaller jewel at the top of the diamond shape; the crown is designed with stylized sliver diamond shapes around the rim of the crown that are outlined in gold and have silver dots in the middle of each diamond shape and a diamond rectangular design on either side of the wording "TOP" that is outlined in red and includes a red jewel in the middle with four silver dots that create squares; beneath the crown is a gold ribbon with the black letters "LOD" in the middle of ribbon. The underside of the crown and the ribbon are shaded. The words "Investing in V.A.L.U.E.S. that Support, Enhance, and Sustain" are written in black in a circle around the crown and ribbon design.
