The mark consists of an emblem design in the color tan with a light brown border. At the very top of the emblem design is the signature of "J.C. Newman" in the color black. The signature is centered above a design of a shield with a blue outermost border, then a thick black border just within, then an ivory border. Within the shield design appears four quadrants outlined in black. Each quadrant of the shield depicts a symbol: the top left shaded in red are tan tobacco leaves, the top right shaded in blue are three tan stalks of wheat, the bottom left shaded in blue are two ears of corn in tan, and the bottom right shaded in red is a cotton flower in tan. To the left of the shield design is a ram in tan with black outlining butting against the shield with the American flag waving rightward in red, tan, and blue on a black pole behind the ram; to the right of the shield is a black bear with tan lower back, forehead, and tan at the bottom of its paws, facing the shield with an American flag waiving leftward in red, tan, and blue on a black pole behind the bear. Four red stars with black outlining appear centered atop the shield with a light brown sunburst in the background behind the shield, ram, bear, and flag design. The ram, bear, and shield appear standing on top of an ornate shelf design outlined in black with a red shaded shelf-top above two blue horizontal lines with a row between them of alternating black and tan rectangles, altogether appearing as dentil molding, all outlined in black. Below the molding is a banner shaded in red, with the words "THE AMERICAN" in white letters centered within, and with tan pillars on either end of the banner, all appearing with black outlining. Below the banner and pillars is another blue horizontal line with black outlining attached to a scroll shaded in red with blue ends, all with black outlining.
