The mark consists of the following: a black horizontal line with grey shading at the outer ends of the line; a multicolored series of twenty-six rods arranged roughly in three rows, i.e., a back row, a middle row and a front row, each of said rods projecting upwardly at different angles from the black horizontal line, and each of said rods having an expanding star shaped cross-section as the rod projects upwardly from the black horizontal line and terminating at the upper end with a star shaped presentation comprising a portion of a flag, i.e., symbol, representing a country in the western hemisphere, (A) wherein the back row includes from left to right (1) a red rod with a star resembling the flag of the Dominican Republic consisting of white bars in a cross shape, blue fields above and to the left of the white cross and below and to the right of the white cross, red fields below and to the left of the white cross and above and to the right of the white cross, and on the center of the white cross an emblem comprising images of two green fronds, a white, red and blue shield design with a red banner below and a blue banner above, (2) a blue and black rod with a star resembling the flag of Argentina consisting of a white field with generally horizontal alternating blue and white stripes and a representation of a portion of the sun in yellow on the white field above and to the left of the blue and white stripes, (3) a yellow rod with a star resembling the flag of Venezuela consisting of a red horizontal stripe, a blue horizontal stripe above the red stripe, and a yellow horizontal stripe above the blue stripe, and a series of eight white stars arched across the blue stripe, (4) a blue and black rod with a star resembling the flag of Nicaragua consisting of a white center stripe and two outer blue stripes positioned on opposite sides of the center white stripe and an emblem positioned on the white stripe consisting of the words "REPUBLICA DE NICARAGUA AMERICA CENTRAL" in all capital yellow lettering and encircling a triangular shaped image in yellow, blue, green, white, red, (5) a red bent rod with a star resembling the flag of Trinidad and Tobago consisting of two outer red stripes, two white stripes and a center black stripe, (6) a red rod with a star resembling the flag of Panama consisting of a blue field at the lower left, a red field at the upper right and white fields at the upper left and lower right all coming together at a point in the center, the lower right white containing a portion of a red star, (7) a green bent rod with a star resembling the flag of Brazil consisting of a yellow field with green tips and a blue circle with white stars and a white banner stretching across the circle on the yellow field and the words "ORDEM E PROGRESSO" in blue capital letters printed on the banner, (8) a blue and black rod with a star resembling the flag of El Salvador consisting of an upper blue stripe, a lower blue stripe, a center white stipe and an emblem consisting of the words "REPUBLICA DE EL SALVADOR EN LA AMERICA CENTRAL" presented in yellow and encircling an image of two green fronds, a series of three blue and white striped banners, and a triangular shaped image in yellow, blue, white, and red, (9) a red rod with a star resembling the flag of the United States of America consisting of alternating red and white horizontal stripes, a blue field above and to the left of the red and white stripes with sixteen white stars positioned on the blue field, (10) a red bent rod with a star resembling the flag of Haiti consisting of an upper blue stripe, a lower red stripe, an a white rectangle on a portion of each stripe and including an image consisting of green, white, black, blue and red, (11) a red rod with a star resembling the flag of Canada consisting of a center white stripe and two outer red stripes and a red maple leaf on the white stripe, (12) a green bent rod with a star resembling the flag of Jamaica consisting of a yellow X shape, green fields above and below the yellow X shape and black fields to the right and left of the yellow X shape, (13) a red rod with a star resembling the flag of Peru consisting of a white center stripe, red stripes on either side of the white stripe and an emblem on the white stripe comprising a pair of green fronds, a red bow tied around the fronds, and a shield above the ribbon and between the fronds, the shield in yellow, red, blue, brown, white, and green, and green laurel wreath with a red bow above the shield design, (14) a blue rod with a star resembling the flag of Paraguay consisting of a blue stripe, a red stripe and a white stripe between the red stripe and blue stripe, the white stripe having an emblem thereon, the emblem consisting of a concentric circles in blue, white, and red with a yellow star in the center, (15) a red rod with a star resembling the flag of Cuba consisting of a red triangular field, blue and white stripes extending from the red field and a portion of a white star on the red field, (16) a green bent rod with a star resembling the flag of Guyana consisting of a red triangular field outlined in black on a yellow field, two white stripes on opposite sides of and adjacent to the yellow field, and two green stripes outside of the white stripes, and (17) a yellow rod with a star resembling the flag of Columbia consisting of from top to bottom a yellow stripe, a blue stripe and a red stripe, (B) wherein the middle row includes from left to right (1) a red rod with a star resembling the flag of Chile consisting of a red field at the bottom, a white field at the upper right and a blue field at the upper left, the blue field having a portion of a white star extending downwardly from its upper edge, (2) a green rod with a star resembling the flag of Bolivia consisting of a green lower stripe, a yellow middle stripe and a red upper stripe together with an emblem on the yellow stripe, the emblem consisting of three red, yellow and green striped banners, two crossed yellow cannons, two green fronds, a brown eagle, and a blue and yellow oval frame surrounding an image in green, brown, a haystack, blue, and yellow, and the yellow portion of the frame having the word BOLIVIA in red capital letters thereon, (3) a blue rod with a star resembling the flag of St. Kitts and Nevis consisting of a center red stripe and two white stripes adjacent to opposite sides of the red stripe and two outer blue stripes, and an emblem on the red stripe, the emblem including a white oval-shaped background and an ornate yellow frame surrounding an image in blue, brown, white, and yellow, (4) a blue rod with a star resembling the flag of Honduras consisting of a center white stripe with five blue stars on the white stripe and two blue stripes on opposite sides of the white stripe, and (5) a green rod with a star resembling the flag of Mexico consisting of with vertical bars of green, white, and red, with a green, red, yellow, blue, and brown eagle design, and (C) wherein the front row includes (1) a blue rod with a star resembling the flag of Guatemala consisting of a white center stripe and two outer blue stripes, and an emblem on the white stripe consisting of two green and red fronds, a yellow scroll design with a pair a crossing blue swords, a pair of brown rifles, and a green and red bird, (2) a yellow rod with a star resembling the flag of Ecuador consisting of an upper yellow stripe, a blue middle stripe, a lower red stripe and an emblem on the blue stripe and lower portion of the yellow stripe, the emblem consisting of a pair of yellow, blue and red striped banners, a white oval frame surrounding an image in blue, green, white, and brown, (3) a blue rod with a star resembling the flag of Uruguay consisting of a center white stripe, two blue stripes positioned above and below the center white stripe, and an image of a yellow sun with a face on the white stripe, and (4) a blue rod with a star resembling the flag of Puerto Rico consisting of a blue triangular field with a white star on the blue field and alternating red and white stripes; and a series of stars along an arc above the aforementioned multicolored series of rods consisting from left to right a blue star, a green star, a red star, a yellow star, a blue star and a green star.
