The mark consists of the word "EAT." in museo slab 100 font, followed on the right side by the word "PRAY." in museo slab 100 font, followed on the right side by the word "MAUI" in stylized font. Centered above the word "EAT." is a drawing of a pineapple with a triangle surrounded on each side with what looks like half a square on its sides that make up the curved bottom, topped with three more almost square shapes positioned on its end so it appears to be pointing upward centered on the first three shapes and slightly wider, topped with three more almost square shapes positioned on its end so it appears to be pointing upward centered thereon and not as wide. In the space at the top and in between the two points on the left and right sides is what depicts the crown of the pineapple with five prong points upwards. Over the word "PRAY." is a round sun symbol with nineteen evenly-spaced rays which point outward around the entire symbol. On the inside of the symbol is a swirl which resembles a wave and there is a thin line which runs from slightly over the top of what would be the horizontal center of the symbol on the left side and circling the inside of the sun symbol which then is joined with a shorter line of the same width near the bottom of the sun, and the two lines become a thicker line that moves up the right inside of the sun and swirls over towards the left and increases slightly in size to the center of the symbol. There is an additional thin line which starts from about horizontal center on the right side and moves downward towards the vertical center of the symbol. Another thin line starts from about horizontal center and swirls towards the left and over the top of the thicker line and towards the right and stops about one-fourth the way down. The thicker line and swirl cuts into the area that it is swirled around and there is a notch on the left side of the swirl. Centered above the word "MAUI" is a shape that customarily depicts the island of Maui.
