The mark consists of bold capitalized letters "i", "a", "t", and "c". The initials are in the Times New Roman font. There are only two colors used a light blue and black. The first two initials "I" and "A" are light blue. Over the top of the "I" and "A" initials is a solid black line. The letter "A" is also a symbol with three bars in it from a bar chart. The bars are rising from left to right symbolizing increasing profits. The "T" and "C" are times new roman bold black characters. Under the "T" and "C" is a light blue line. Under the four initial "IATC" is the company's name. "International" is all upper case enlarged bold letters in the Arial black font on a line by itself. The rest of the company's full name "Accounting & Tax Consultants" are in the Arial font colored light blue under the bold International line.
