The mark consists of a literal element "Greg Michaels", wherein both words are capitalized. Centered above the literal element is a graphical element. The graphical element comprises a closed geometric shape. Lower part of the geometric shape comprises two curved lines, joined together at the bottom of the geometric shape. Upper part of the geometric shape comprises a line, with an upward curve in the middle. The left and right ends of the line are connected to the tops of the two curved lines that comprise the lower part of the geometric shape, thus forming a closed geometric shape. A highly stylized abstract representation of letter "M" is positioned over the close geometric shape, somewhat extending beyond the borders of said shape. Said letter "M" has four double prongs, with each double prong positioned on each of the four outer edges or said letter "M". The left and the right sides of letter "M" comprise an extending curve with horizontal right-angle extension at the upper end of said extending curve. Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
