The mark consists of the phrase HALLOW MANIA split up into two lines, written in upper case letters, outlined in black with black features and white shading inside. The letter O in HALLOW is replaced by an image of a halloween mask. The mask is shaded in in various shades of red and orange. It has black outlined around the eyes, with a white dashed line going around the outer edge of the black space. Inside of the eyes is shaded in in yellow. The nose is also shaded in in yellow and has a black line on the bottom. The mouth is shaded in in yellow inside with he lower jaw line black and the white, dashed line going around the mouth on the outside. On top of the head of the mask is a black dashed line arraigned in a zig zag. The mask is then outlined in white and black. The entire phrase is placed on a white background and then has a black border and then a red border going around the entire perimeter of the shape.
