The mark consists of a drawing of a deer antlers, which are detached from the skull, each having five points. The antlers are grasped from the rear by a depiction of human hands which are represented by four fingers and a thumb in a palms up position. Each hand is located on the main beam of each respective antler, between the innermost antler tine, referred to as the brow tine (G1) and the second antler tine commonly referred to as G2. Below the antlers are the words "HANDS ON HORNS", in all capital letters, with the initial letter of "Hands and Horns" appearing larger than the rest of the words. The word "ON", also in capital letters is in smaller sized letters than "HANDS" and "HORNS". Beneath "HANDS ON HORNS" appears the word "Outdoors" in a stylized, italic font, with an initial capital "O" and lowercase "utdoors".
