The mark consist of a circle with the wording "La Michoacana Fresh" in white with a black outline in the circle where "La Michoacana" is arched at the top half of the circle and "Fresh" is straight across the lower portion of the circle. The image with the circle consist of a background where the top is dark orange getting lighter towards the middle, where it then changes to yellow. On this background in the middle is an ice cream cone with a brown cone and ice cream in bright and dark pink with a rectangular ice cream in the left of this with nuts covering it in light and dark brown, and on the right of the cone is a cup with pink spilling liquid with light and medium pink detailing. On the bottom of the circle is an assortment of fruit behind the word "Fresh". From left to right is a half coconut with brown exterior and white interior, a whole brown coconut above this, green leaves, a half orange in the color orange with white detailing, a whole orange in the color orange above this, and a dark orange whole orange to the right of it with green leaves above the half orange. Above and to the right of the darker orange whole orange are three red strawberries where the left most berry is cut in half and all have white detailing and green leaves appear above and to the right of the strawberries. On the far right is a red raspberry above a black blackberry.
