The mark consists of A shield containing four quadrants. Three unity hands appear in the upper left portion. This represents the unity that must exist among brothers in order to sustain the village. The black border represents our race and the color in the hands represent the variations in the skin tones and shades of African people. The upper right portion yields an opened book. This contains the intrinsic and extrinsic knowledge of themselves and the world around them. A torch appears in the lower left portion. This represents the obligation they have to pass on the information to the young men coming up in the community after them. A bull appears in the lower right portion. This represents the virility of men and responsibilities associated with manhood. The black border represents our race and the red in the color of the bull represents the bloodshed of black men who died so that we might have an opportunity to advance. The crest is flanked by lions on each side which represent the two pillars of manhood to provide and protect. The crown represents the status of a king to rule and abide with love while resting on a border containing the word "Men" which is what we are. The entire construct is supported by a border containing one of our three main principles which is "Honor." The red lettering of Men of Honors, the crown, and sashes represents the bloodshed of all black people who died so that we might have an opportunity to advance and our commitment to do our part in the advancement of all who follow in our footsteps. The greyed out sections represent the ambiguous nature of the people and the subjects represents.
