The mark consists of a front and back image of a 49-0 Vodka label by Kushé. The front of the label has a checkered background with all black squares outlined in yellow. In the middle of the black checkered background is an image that is in the shape and design of a wrestling title belt situated vertically. In the center of the title belt is a circular gold plaque, which reads, "49-0 Vodka" in black letters. The circular golden plaque sits on a square golden plaque with a black star in each of the four corners of the square. The square golden plaque sits on a rectangular golden plaque with black holes in each of the four corners of the rectangle and also consists of a half circle of leaves on the top and bottom of it. The three golden plaques are surrounded by six gold stars, three on the left and three on the right. There is then a half circle of golden leaves on the top and then another half circle of golden leaves on the bottom encompassing the plaque. The plaque, stars, and leaves are surrounded by a black background which then has a strip of red color on each side outlining it. Above the top half circle of leaves is a crown in gold. Below the bottom half circle of leaves is the name, "Kushe" in black letters surrounded by a gold background. Surrounding the "title belt label" is a vertical horizontal strip of small white and beige checks. This white and beige checkered rectangle then has two vertical red lines on each side. There are two, horizontal red rectangles found on either side of the center label described above in the top third of the logo. On each of those two rectangles is, "Kushe's 49-0" written in gold letters. In the bottom third of the logo is a black rectangular strip outlined with yellow lines on the top and bottom which is interrupted by the center logo. On the left side of the logo in the middle of the black rectangle reads, "The Champion VODKA" in all white letters. This same lettering appears on the right side of the center logo. The back of the label has red checkers outlined with yellow lines as a background. In white letters on the top of the back label reads, "Kushe Presents 49-0" then in gold letters it reads, "The Champion VODKA." Below this, in white letters is, "Live Like A Legend." Beneath this is a black rectangular strip with yellow lines on the top and bottom which is a continuation of the black and yellow strip from the front of the label. Within the black rectangular strip there is a gold crown.
