The mark consists of the stylized and outlined letters "U" and "S" each having a flying clay target representative of a period thereafter, with the stylized and outlined term "Open" there beside having the terms "Trapshooting" and "Championships" underneath, the letters "ATA" appear in outline in a triangular shape centrally located underneath "US Open", a pair of overlapping swirls sinuously extend from the bottom left hand corner behind the letters to the upper right hand corner, all the letters, terms, and swirls contained within a somewhat rectangular shaped box having rounded corners and push outs overtop the letter "U" and the upper right hand corner end of the swirl and "Open" term. The color gray in the mark merely represents transparent background and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
