The mark consists of a rectangle encompassing three circles organized vertically. The first circle contains a stylized depiction of two intertwined ropes in the top half of the circle above three curved arrows pointing downwards and appearing to exit the circle in the bottom half of the circle. The second circle contains a stylized depiction of a double sided arrow situated vertically on the left side of the circle and in the center of the circle is a loop design made from rope and to the right of the loop is a depiction of a vertical ruler on the right side of the circle. The third circle contains a depiction of an intertwined rope in the bottom left of the circle and a cross-hair with alignment guides above and to the right of the rope and inside the cross-hair is a stylized fire emanating from the bottom left into the center.
