The mark consists of the wording in Cyrillic characters transliterated as "SLADKAYA SLOBODA" in white and outlined in red, on the background of a stylized red heart, under which there are two rows of design elements. The first row consists of five diamond-shaped elements: the first element is in light-blue color with white stylized flowers inside, the second element is in dark-yellow color with stylized white wheat inside, the third element is in light-brown color with stylized white suns inside, the fourth element is in red color with white and red stylized hearts inside, and fifth element is in light-green color with stylized white leaves inside. The second row consists of five images: the first image is the stylized red heart with a smaller white heard inside with four red dots around them, the second image is the light-brown stylized sun with four light-brown dots around it, the third image is the light-blue stylized flower with four light-blue dots around it, the fourth image is the light-green and white stylized leaf with four light-green dots around it, and the fifth image is the dark-yellow stylized wheat with four dark-yellow dots around it.
