The mark consists of the word "MAX" in red, uppercased font outlined with a thin white border and a slightly thicker, outer, gray border. The letter "A" is stylized wherein the letter appears as an upside-down V with a small red trapezoid with a gray border appearing underneath the upside-down V. A gray stick figure in the shape of an "X" appears standing behind the letter "A", with the letter "A" forming the lower half of the body of the stick figure. The upper right-hand side of the "X" extends higher than the upper left-hand side. The head of the stick figure is a gray circle and is adjacent to the lower, inner portion of the upper-right side of the "X". The literal element "THE" in smaller, gray, uppercased font, appears above the "M" in the literal element "MAX". The literal element "CHALLENGE" in smaller, gray, uppercased font appears immediately below the literal element "MAX", beginning immediately below the beginning of the letter "M". A red arch with a gray border extends from above the "X" in the literal element "MAX", gradually decreasing in width, to just above the letter "E" in the word "THE". A second red arch with a gray border extends from the bottom of the "X" in the literal element "MAX", to just under the beginning of the "M" in the literal element "MAX". The upper and lower red arches give the appearance of a slanted oval encircling the mark. The remaining white area is background and is not part of the mark.
