The mark consists of a design of three entwined rings, all in gradating tones of green, and forming a spherical shape. Each ring has an arrow which is a gradating green; the green color moves from yellow-green in the middle of the ring to dark green when it hits the arrow on the ring and then returning to yellow-green again and then to dark green. The ring running horizontally has two leaves stemming upwards towards the middle of the spherical design. The leaves are also in in graduating colors of yellow-green to deep green. At the base of the design is the stylized text "NANO-DYE" in forest green. All instances of the color white in the mark represent background, outlining, shading and/or transparent areas and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
