The mark consists of a design resembling the letters "CMC" featuring four segments, consisting of, from left to right: (1) a reverse "C"-shape (or "U"-shape tilted at a 90-degree angle) with a slanted left side, slanting from left downward to the right, a horizontal top and bottom, and a rounded right side with sharp corners except for an angle at the upper right side; (2) a roughly rectangular shape with (A) a concave left side that extends downward to a point lower than the right side of the shape, (B) a bottom that starts at such point and extends upward to the right at a sharp angle, then turning upwards into a cutout that is convex, then downward convex, then downward vertically, then downward at an angle, (C) a right side that is vertical and (D) a rounded, slightly convex top that moves downward toward the left side that is lower than the right; (3) a symmetrical reverse of the shape described in (2) above and (4) a symmetrical reverse of the shape described in (1) above. Such design is a solid light color on a dark background. The black rectangle in the drawing represents background and is not part of the mark; the color gray in the drawing represents shading and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
