The mark consists of a three dimensional container for the goods comprising an elongated bottle with a pronounced stylized designed formed into the bottle on a front thereof, and a flat bottom. The elongated bottle has lower and upper portions. The upper portion comprises a bottle neck. The lower portion comprises a front and back. The back of the bottle is generally smooth, and features a gentle outward curve toward the center of the bottle's height, which then curves gently inward to until curving abruptly outward to meet the base. The front of the bottle has a stylized design generally comprising the shape of a face, the top of which begins in a point just below the bottle neck, and rounds gently out to form the rough shapes of cheeks and a generally rectangular chin. The face further two asymmetrical eyebrow ridges, with the right eyebrow arched higher than the left, which meet in the center of the face to form the approximate shape of a nose, two generally ovular eye shapes placed generally below the eye brow ridges, and the shape of a mouth curved into an a symmetrical smile, the left side of the smile arched higher than the right. The broken lines depicting the top portion of the bottle and the lower portion of the back of the bottle indicate placement of the mark on the packaging of the goods and are not claimed as part of the mark.
