The mark consists of two concentric circles shaded dark blue encircling a white interior with the white letters, "CHOO CHOO BLUE", in the top left quadrant of the circle, in the center of the circle is the caricature of a locomotive chimney with large black and white eyes, blue and white ears, a yellow semicircle nose, two angled yellow lines representing eyebrows, and a white smile with dark blue lips on the medium blue chimney, the chimney is on top of a locomotive smoke box collar that is a light blue and the collar is on top of the medium blue smoke box body that has gray arms in human like form extending from each side with dark blue elbows and white gloved hands with gray fingertips, the arm and hand on the right are extended up like in a wave gesture with the gloved hand overlaying the dark blue concentric circles, the left arm and gloved hand extend down and outside of the concentric circles.
