The mark consists of the word "CONVERSION" in capital letters on a white background. All letters are bold black, with the exception of the letter "O" and a stylized letter "N". The upper two quadrants of the letter "O" are gray, the lower right quadrant is red and the lower left quadrant is black. There is a white space between each quadrant. The word "CONVERSION" is underlined by a gray stroke, which increases in width to the right and turns upward at a 90 degree angle after the letter "O". The upward stroke forms the first line of a stylized letter "N". Approximately two-thirds of the way up the first line of "N" the gray stroke is intersected by a diagonal white line. The remainder of the letter "N" is red. The middle line of the letter "N" extends to the bottom of the letter. The last line of the letter "N" is an upward pointing arrow which extends above the first line of the letter "N". Beneath the gray stroke, the words "INTERACTIVE AGENCY" are spelled in gray capital letters.
