The mark consists of the product packaging of a clear product bottle consisting of a label that wraps around the circumference of the bottle beginning just below the neck and extending to just above the bottom. The top and bottom of the label is framed by a border of gold horizontal lines, bracketing a series of vertical dark blue hash marks, a repetitive pattern of alternating orange and gold dots with a clear space depicted between the dots at the top and bottom of the label, and solid blue line, surrounding an overall pattern of orange horizontal and vertical intersecting lines with an orange-bordered circular white node at each intersection, and alternating solid blue and gold-bordered clear diagonal lines, with a circular gold node at each intersection of blue diagonal lines, and alternating orange-bordered white, and gold-bordered clear circular nodes at each intersection of diagonal gold-bordered clear lines and their intersections with blue diagonal lines. In the center of the label is the outline of a gold-bordered white and blue square with a decorative border in the interior. Inside and at the top and bottom of the square appear inverted white banners outlined in blue and superimposed upon a blue and white circular design, and an inner orange incomplete circle between the banners forming a solid white circle with the word "FISHERS" in blue stylized lettering appearing horizontally across the circle and a blue anchor design above the letter "H" in "FISHERS".
