The mark consists of the wording "COLD" appearing above "country", both in the color dark blue. The "C" in "COLD" is embedded in the center of a large, dark blue snowflake design which is superimposed on a large gray snowflake design with sky blue outlining. There is a white circle at the end of each tip of the snowflake design. Directly to the right of the wording "COLD" is a blue snowflake. The letter "y" in "country" appears as a blue wine glass holding wine shaded in gray. A swoosh made of two curved bands appears below the large snowflake below letters "CO" of both words. The top band is shaded in the color gray, the lower band is shaded in the color light gray, and a dark gray snowflake design is superimposed across both bands, on the left of the mark. From the "L" in "COLD" extends another curved band all in the color gray with two white snowflakes embedded thereon. From the letter "D" appears a third, smaller swoosh of two bands with the top band in gray and the bottom band in light gray, both end at the opening of the letter "y" wine glass design. All other instances of the color white in the mark represent background, outlining, shading and/or transparent areas and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
