The mark consists of a rectangle outlined in gold. The interior portion of the rectangle has a gold border. The background of the interior portion of the rectangle is created by a series of interlocking hexagons in blue and orange, overlaid by light blue triangles. The areas behind the interlocking hexagons are depicted in white in the drawing in order to show detail, but these areas are void in the mark. At each angle of the light blue triangles is a gold center, outlined in black and white ray-like lines. In the center of the rectangle design is a smaller light blue rectangle, outlined in gold.
