The mark consists of a grey semi circle outline, which gets thinner as the edges go outwards. To the right of the tip of the top of the outline is a blue shaded eight point star. In the center of the incomplete circle is an image of a stylized eagle, shaded in in blue with a wing extending to the left side, cutting through the semi circle outline and going outwards past it. The wing is made up of three waves each shorter than the one above it, aligned parallel to each other. To the right of the lower tip of the outline is the phrase "SMARTGUARDIAN" in grey letters, with the "S" and "GUARDIAN" upper case and the rest of the letters lower case.
