The mark consists of a label depicting a tree sketched in gray. Super-imposed on the tree are two intersecting circles with a solid white line around them. The circle on top is rust-colored, and contains a fanciful drawing of a grape vine with a leaf and bunch of grapes all outlined in white. The letters "a", "b", and "c" in the color white appear at different points of the grape vine. The circle on the bottom is colored green, and contains a fanciful drawing of white plant roots emanating from the top of the circle. The letters "a", "b" and "c" in the color white appear at the ends of white dotted lines which emanate horizontally from the roots. Where the circles overlap is shaded gray, and contains a sketch of a bee shaded white. Underneath the tree and circles, centered, is the stylized wording "ROOT & VINE" in the color gray, with the two "O"'s in "ROOT" intersecting.
