The mark consists of two concentric circles, with an inner circle and an outer circle both in black color. The space between the two circles is filled in solid yellow color, with the words "PEGASUS CALIFORNIA SCHOOL" in bold capital letters in the upper section of the space, and the words "BE INSPIRED" in bold capital letters at the lower section of the space. There are laurel branches stemming from the phrase "BE INSPIRED" extending towards "PEGASUS CALIFORNIA SCHOOL" in both directions along and within the space between the two circles. These two groups of words are in blue color and are separated by laurel branches. A series of Pegasus wings opening to the right are duplicated 10 times in a counter-clockwise fashion from the bottom, surrounding the outer circle. A series of Pegasus wings opening to the left are duplicated 10 times in a clockwise fashion from the bottom center, surrounding the outer circle. The inside of the inner circle is filled in solid blue with an image of a Pegasus in solid yellow, a flying horse with two wings, jumping up or starting to fly. Both front legs of the Pegasus bent, to indicate that the horse is beginning to take flight. The right front leg of the Pegasus stretches out of the inner circle into the yellow space. The tips of the two wings also stretch out of the inner circle into the yellow space. Below the Pegasus' two rear legs is a shape of an open book. The open book shape is yellow with blue stripes with no outline, and blends into the background blue color of the inner circle.
