The mark consists of the letters "B","H" in white within a square of black, where the "B" is lower than the "H", the central crossbar of the "B" extends to the left past the vertical portion and creates a gap in the left side of the square, the crossbar of the "H" extends to the right past the right vertical member and creates a gap in the right side of the square, and the lower portion of the left vertical member of the "H" also forms part of the right lower curve of the "B", said square positioned to the left of the words "BUCHART HORN" on one line and "ENGINEERS ARCHITECTS PLANNERS" on a lower line, the latter words separated by dots, all words in capital letters.
