The mark consists of a logo consisting of two oval border lines, inside which is a stylized "S" and a stylized "C", the upper part of the "C" hooked through the lower part of the "S". To the right of the logo is the word "SETTLEMENT" in Times New Roman font, the "S" slightly larger, underneath which is the word "CAPITAL" in Times New Roman font, the "C" slightly larger, and underneath which is the word "CORPORATION" in smaller block capital letters and spaced to extend the same length as the word "SETTLEMENT".
