The mark consists of a rectangle with an off-white background, outlined by gold. At the top of the white rectangle are the words "HIRSCHBACH & SÖHNE". The first letters of each word are maroon and the remaining letters are a dark green. All letters are offset in gold. Green lines are located above and below the lettering. Below the lettering, in the center of the rectangle, is a round area with a cream background. In the cream background is the image of a brown and off-white stag or deer with tan antlers standing on its hind legs in green grass. Four green evergreen trees of a triangular shape are located to the left of the stag/deer. Directly behind the stag/deer is a grey mountain. Above the mountain is a light yellow circular sun. To the right of the stag/deer is a blue stream. To the right of the stream is green grass. Centered below the round cream area containing the stag/deer, is a gold bunch of grapes with a swirled vine.
