BegBegSafeHotels primary function is a website used by consumers to locate Bed Bug Safe Hotels. Consumers will be able to see a listing of Member Hotels and have the option of being redirected to those hotels to book a room. Member Hotels will be listed on this website and they will be deemed Bed Bug Safe because they will adhere to the standards and procedures of BedBedSafeHotels LLC. Our standards include regularly scheduled Bed Bug Dog Inspections and Heat Remediation upon finding an infestation of Bed Bugs. There will be a Hotel Login page as well as a Vendor Login page. Hotels will be able to request service and Vendors will be able to accept service requests. In turn Vendors will be able to Schedule services and Hotels will be able to Accept their requests, all through a common Calendar. This common Calendar will also notify BedBugSafeHotels LLC if a Member Hotel is out of compliance. Vendors will Invoice Hotels through this website and Hotels will pay vendors through this website all by electronic bank transfers or credit cards. BedBugSafeHotels LLC will also get paid through this website. Hotels will pay their one time Setup Fees and their Annual Membership Dues through the website. When a Vendor Invoices a Hotel an Invoice is automatically created on behalf of BedBugSafeHotels LLC for a portion of the work performed. The website also has the capability of downloading content into Quickbooks for internal record keeping and reporting purposes. The Vendor Page will feature a training video for potential Vendors along with a 10 question Quiz to ensure understanding of material. It will also include a listing of required Equipment and an internal checklist feature for Approval of Vendors
