To the front right is a yellow, lavender and purple fish, outlined in purple with some red in its eye swimming through the "O" of "MOI". A lavender bridge spanning the letters in "MOI" is above the water, while the purple outlines of a sandy bottom is under the letters. Green seaweed outlined in purple framing is on the right, left, and in the middle, sprouting up from the sand. Green and white palm trees sprout above the surface of the water to the right of the "M" and on both sides of the "I". Two birds, one yellow and outlined in green the other entirely green are above the letters, to the left of the sun. This entire image rests below the words "MIDDLE OF THE ISLAND" in navy blue, which in turn is above the words "PROVISION CO" in white against a yellow colored background with a white underscore underneath the "O" in "CO".
