The mark consists of a hexagon. The leftmost, upper left and upper right segments are shaded in dark blue in the outer edge of the hexagon with a white inner portion. The right most segment appears completely in the color dark blue. The lower left and right segments appear as large diamond shape divided into a group of polygons with a light blue diamond shape at the top, a blue triangular shape to the right, a trapezoidal dark blue shape on the bottom and a blue diamond shape on the right. All of the foregoing appears above the wording "swell" in dark blue centered over "product design" below, also in dark blue. All other instances of the color white in the mark represent background, outlining, shading and/or transparent areas and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
