The mark consists of The words "Brighton Beach" and "Bagel & Bakery" written in stylized script with a capital "B" and the rest of the letters in lowercase stylized script all of which appears in the color yellow. Each word is written in blue and outlined in yellow and outlined again in red. "Brighton Beach" appears on the left and "Bagel & Bakery" on the right with a seal in the middle. The seal consists of a dark blue disk outlined in red with a light blue star burst in the middle. Across the middle of the disk written from left to right are the words "Brighton Beach" written in blue with stylized capital script "B" for each word and the rest of the letters in each word written in lowercase stylized script letters. Each word is outlined in yellow and outlined again in red. On the top portion if the disc is a green ferris wheel with 12 yellow gondolas (6 on the outer rim and 6 in the inner rim). The ferris wheel is perched on a yellow line with the words "Bagel & Bakery" written in stylized script letters with both words having a capital "B" and the rest of the letters written in lowercase. On the lower portion of the disk under the words "Brighton Beach," there are three bagels placed side-by-side in the form of a triangle. The bagel on left rear is dark brown with light brown speckles. The bagel on the right rear is light brown with dark brown speckles and the bagel in the center is brown with dark brown speckles. Underneath the bagels and just above the lower rim of the disc is the phrase "Stick Your Fork into a Slice of New York"! written in yellow stylized script letters from left to right starting under the "Br" in "Brighton" and arching downward and then up to finish under the "ch" in "Beach". The letters "S, Y, F, S, N and Y" are written in upper case letter with the remainder of the letters written in lowercase and ending with a yellow stylized exclamation point.
