The mark consists of a dark yellow wax seal, circular shape, with two concentric dark brown circular outlines inside of it. The outer circle is shaded in in dark brown and has some semi-circular shapes hollowed out inside facing the outer edge. The inner dark brown circular outline is just plain single line, inside of which is a stylized dark brown smoke image made up of three wave shapes. Above the image of the smoke is the phrase "THE CARTER" in dark brown upper case letters, below the image is the phrase "VAPORIUM" in dark brown, upper case letters. Both phrases are written arched, along the inner edge of the circle. In the space extending between the phrase on top and the bottom, along the same line of text are five 5-point stars in dark brown placed on either side.
